In a world full of digital entertainment, and identical FRANCHISES Dagon Drama stands alone. It is one of a kind. We do not work to a pre ordained and well worn template...
DRAGON DRAMA IS NOT A STAGE SCHOOL!
It is so much more...
Over the last 22 Years, since 1993 when we were first established in Hampton Wick, Dragon Drama have provided cutting edge performances and events. We have done this by facilitating children's wishes and dreams through improvisation.
Dragon Drama classes are a unique blend of acting exercises, group theatre games, and improvisational story devising/performance.
We believe that stage technique can be developed when children are older or when they desire to learn it! (see LAMDA and Dragonsflight Theatre Company). What is much harder to hold onto as you get older is your creative mind and your confidence to express it. The mind that will make you a great scientist, teacher, parent, politician, social worker the list is endless...
Our continued success would not have been possible had it not been for the dedicated team that runs Dragon Drama. All workshops are run by the original team. We do not have a high staff turn over. Each week children see the same familiar faces alongside Rossy including Neil, Harry, Brendan, Flo, Sarah and Alice. Rossy leads all workshops and knows each child by name as do her team. Watching children grow, and eventually send their own toddlers, to Dragon Drama has been one of the most gratifying moments for Rossy and her Team!
Dragon Drama has put down roots all over the borough in Family Centres, Schools, Strawberry Hill House, The Rose Theatre and The Normansfield Theatre.
Our workshops and holiday events take place at The Normansfield Theatre, Teddington
We are currently enrolling for our Summer Holiday Event 2015 and also for Autumn 2015. Feel free to ring us at any time and have a chat about coming along for a free trial to see what it’s all about.

Hooray for the Start of Term!
This is just one of the wonderful comments that we received at the end of our Autumn 2014 Term:
Just a note to say how lovely Thursday's performance was! I was amazed to see how much Indie has come on and there was no stage fright which always grips her at school!!! She really loved doing her bit and being covered in glitter! And she was really proud that she managed to do it in front of "all those parents"!
I hoped to catch you to say a big thank you for your work with the chick! You have worked so hard and I hope you have a restful Christmas and see you in the new year!
Thank You to Everyone for the wonderful emails we received after our performances of The Snow Queen. We look forward this term to starting rehearsals for our LAMDA Gala Night and Summer Performances.
