LAMDA exams are a long-established and prestigious method of rewarding young actors for the hard work involved in learning a monologue or duologue, gaining an in-depth understanding of it and performing it for an examiner.

 

This process is an excellent opportunity for our Dragons to apply the theatre skills acquired at Dragon Drama to a task and see the results, and our LAMDA tuition, primarily undertaken by actor Neil Nisbet, has continually merited outcomes.

 

We are proud to now be a Private LAMDA Centre, which means we can hold the exams at Normansfield where the Dragons taking part feel much more at home!

 

Youngsters of any age can book a LAMDA exam with us, and many take the journey from the start right through to Bronze, Silver and Gold, which are UCAS accredited. We also offer group devising exams that take place during workshop time. Below are our youngest and oldest Dragons recently taking part in their respective exams.
