At Dragon Drama the safety of the children in our care is of the utmost importance. We constantly review our safety procedures and make sure that all our staff have up to date First Aid training as well as DBS certificates.

 

Your privacy is also a primary concern, and the information you provide us with will always remain protected.

We take your privacy seriously, following these guidelines:

The personal information we collect:
When you register with Dragon Drama you provide us with the full name of your child, your child’s dob, your child’s allergy and medical information (inc. details of conditions such as autism or adhd), the full name of parents, parents email address, parents main contact number, parents emergency contact number.
How and why we collect and use your personal information:
Your information is held by our admin team and used to inform you of our term dates, enrolment procedures and emergencies. It will be deleted when you leave Dragon Drama.Your information is also stored in our Mailchimp database. We use this database to send you Newsletters and to inform you of Holiday Events. You can unsubscribe from this database at any time. We do not share your information with third parties.
The rights and choices you have when it comes to your personal information:
You already have certain rights under existing data protection legislation, including a right to request a copy of the personal information we hold on you, if you request it in writing. From 25 May 2018 you will have the following rights:
Right to correct: the right to have your personal information rectified if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
Right to erase: the right to request that we delete or remove your personal information from our systems:
We will use reasonable efforts consistent with our legal duty to provide you with your rights in accordance with data protection legislation.

Keeping your information secure is very important to us. We do so in the following ways:
  • We use a dedicated server
  • Access to personal information is restricted
  • Sensitive paper documents are shredded
  • We do our best to keep the information you disclose to us secure. However, we can’t guarantee its security. By using our site you accept the inherent risks of providing information online and will not hold us responsible for any breach of security.
How long we will hold your information for:
We will hold your information as long as you are part of the Dragon Drama family. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing askus@dragondrama.co.uk or clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of our Mailchimp emails.
